About Chef Rob
Owner Rob Del Balzo started out in the business at the young age of 14 as a bus boy and food runner, eventually working his way through the ranks of the industry as Executive Chef and General Manager of local restaurants. His grandfather, who owned one of New York’s most successful catering restaurants through the late 1980’s, is still a huge inspiration for him.
Chef Rob’s Catering is the newest venture for Rob Del Balzo. What started it all was Nuttin To It, this is the “rock” of Chef Rob’s Catering. From award winning pulled pork, to being one of the top caterers for The Food Network Rob has truly pushed this company to transform his love for food and innovative ideas into a fantastic dining experience.
